Online Club Allocation Request Form

moneyWe are excited to introduce our new, online allocation request form. If you are interested in submitting an allocation for your club, just click on the link below. The link will take you to an interactive PDF version of our request form. Once you are done filling out the form, print it and submit it to the Center for Student Involvement and Leadership. How Do I Apply for a Allocation?

Catching MoneyTo apply for an allocation, pick up a Club Allocation Request Form and fill out the required and necessary information. Attached to this form, you must have a copy of your club's most recent bank statement. After the event in which you needed the money for occurs, copies of all of your receipts must be turned into the CSIL office, or your club will not be able to receive any funds next year.

Three Types of Allocations

Travel

Amount: Up to $500 in an academic year
Applied towards: Travel to/from a conference, workshop or seminar outside of Boone for an educational purpose.


Educational Program

Amount: Up to $400 (if you're not applying for any additional allocations within the current academic year)
Applied towards: A seminar, conference, workshop, informative lecture, which will give members and the campus community new insight.


Service

Amount: Up to $75 in an academic year
Applied towards: Program that is service in nature and consistent with the purpose of the organization and proceeds must go to the individual or organization for whom the project is directed.
