- Act as a conduit of information regarding policies and regulations affecting organizations between University Recognized Organizations and Appalachian State University by providing a representative voice of all student organization presidents, officers, and members.
- Act as a resource to organizations through assisting in interpreting policy
- Provide support for organizational programs
- Connect organizations with on-going training provided at Appalachian State University through a variety of mediums.

Club Council is looking for new members for the 2009 - 2010 Academic Year.
If you're interested in becoming a member of Club Council in 2009 - 2010, just submit an application to the Center for Student Involvement and Leadership, on the Second Floor of the Student Union. The deadline for membership applications is 5pm on April 17th.
The deadline for executive applications is 5pm on April 6th.

Blue Ridge Ballroom
Once a semester Club Council will sponsor an organization meeting. A representative from the organization must attend these meetings to maintain recognition. Questions regarding the meeting can be directed to Kim Mitchell at mtchllkl@appstate.edu or by phone at 262-6252. The meeting date has been advertised several times throughout the Fall semester. If your organization is academic in nature and the entire organization is in class, contact Kim Mitchell to schedule a one on one meeting to receive credit. If the president cannot attend, another member of the organization may represent the group.

There will be a mandatory homecoming meeting on Thursday September 4, 2008 at 5:30pm in Grandfather Ballroom. Clubs wanting to participate in homecoming are required to attend this information session.
