Club Council

Open to any and all club members or club leaders! Club Council is covering about 3 topics per month, if you're deciding which one to prioritize, we highly encourage Officer Transition Workshops. If your club needs support but a representative can't attend any of the workshops above, please email Club Council at [email protected] and request a meeting or for Club Council to come into your club meeting - general body, exec, both! 

The 2026 Black & Gold Leadership Awards is an opportunity to recognize outstanding leadership and achievements of App State’s student clubs/organizations, student leaders, and club advisors. The awards ceremony is hosted by Campus Activities and Club Council, the governing and advocacy body for student clubs and organizations.

If you would like to nominate your club, members, advisor, or yourself please fill out the nomination form!

This year the Black & Gold Leadership Awards will be held on the 4th floor of Plemmons Student Union, Parkway Ballroom, on Wednesday, April 8th. Doors will open at 5:30pm for hors d'oeuvre and mingling, the Award Ceremony begins promptly at 6:00pm. Invite Only!
